II Access Controls
Ability to define user types (students, players, parents, faculty & coaches, staff) and designate roles with associated permissions where access is by invitation only and the amount of access can be controlled.
III Consent Management
Each user must be provided a right to give and withhold consent to their personal data and content. To comply with data privacy regulation, each user must be able to update or revoke their consent.
IV Privacy & Ownership Rights
Photos are considered sensitive personal data and are subject to global data privacy legislation. They also carry ownership rights protected by copyright. Both must be managed via individual consent.
V Storage & Processing
